Better or no fence

America built a fence but now the drug cartels have smuggling tunnels. The fence has holes and some parts of the borderline doesn't even have fence. America has blackhawk crews that patrol the parts of the borderline that don't have fence. Americas minutemen are repairing and building more fence. The builders can't find tunnels so their is less and less meaning every day to build more fence. There still needs to be fence though because it's expensive to travel in tunnels for illegal immigrants. The people that mexicans pay are called "coyotes".
